JOB DESCRIPTION
Installs new software releases, system upgrades, evaluates and installs patches and resolves software related problems.
Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
Experienced using SCCM for workstation management, OS builds and workstation patching.
Experience preparing software packages for automated installation on workstations.
Systems Administrator capabilities with 5 years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, a degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field.
