8-10 years of Experience
Bachelor''s Degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other related scientific or technical discipline.
Ready for travel
Minimum of 5+ yrs of System Administrative experience.
Determine technical standards and specifications and lead the design, build and support of RedHat product line like EAP, Fuse and JBPM with respect to security and connectivity.
Manage, deploy and monitor next generation JEE application for FDLE.
Provide professional support services and/or the integration of applicable products.
Continuous monitoring of VMs and RedHat products like CPU, memory, connectivity and performance.
Implement the products/services based on best practices
Review the current architectural landscape and make appropriate recommendations.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, architecture and design including upgrades and security fixes.
Must be able to compare various solutions and determine the one which best fits the need.
Research new technologies and products for their applicability to business processes.
Provide tier 1 and tier 2 support for the platform.
Desired Qualifications:
Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues.
Maintain integrity of server deployments, network and security.
Administer servers, switches, firewalls, hardware and software deployment, security updates and patches. Make recommendations for future upgrades.
Installing and configuring new version of application software.
Ensuring parity between dev, test and production environments.
Experience with VMware 6.5 including VLAN and Enterprise Plus features. Experience with Dell EMC SC9000 SAN is a plus.
Experience with Red Hat Linux 7.x, Red Hat Subscription, Red Hat Software Collection (Open JDK and Apache), Red Hat Common Vulnerabilities and Exposures (CVE
Troubleshoot problems reported by users and isolate issues.
Configure local storage using partitions and logical volumes.
Create and configure file systems and file system attributes, such as permissions, encryption, access control lists, and network file system including Common Internet File System (CIFS
Manage security, including firewall and SELinux configuration.
Experience with Cherwell Software IT ticketing management is a plus.
Experience with configuring, managing, patching and upgrading Red Hat Jboss Development and integration platform such as EAP, AMQ, FUSE and JBPM.
Experience with monitoring Red Hat Enterprise Middleware technology stack with Red Hat Jboss Operation Network, Heroku or similar.
