System Administrator (Cisco Networking)
Responsibility
Trained and self-sufficient in the implementation and maintenance, to industry best practices, of Microsoft and VMware data enterprise system, including server and SAN hardware upon which these systems run.
Proficient at gathering and analyzing enterprise system configurations and documentation for planning, troubleshooting, testing and investigation of enterprise systems.
Proficiencies in the maintenance of Cisco networking equipment is preferred, and experience with Citrix XenApp are beneficial.
Capable of supporting the overall performance and availability of data systems; implements technical solutions that increase operational efficiency; and manages inventory equipment acquisitions, installations, designs and modifications.
Able to develop clear and accurate implementation and maintenance documentation.
Available for performing system upgrades and maintenance outside of normal business hours.
Providing afterhours response and support for critical enterprise systems.
