About the Role The Compensation Consultant (CC) is a Lead Consultant role to support customized Compensation consultation and configuration needs of the KPIT customers. During the Sales cycle, the CC may also be responsible for design architecture and demonstrations based on client requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead and/or deliver Compensation projects according to standard SuccessFactors methodology
Configure demonstration and customer environments for the Compensation module based on customer requirements
Deliver demonstrations and participate in kickoffs to support customer needs.

Required Skills and Experience:
Have ability to configure of SuccessFactors Compensation module
Minimum requirement of SuccessFactors Professional Certification in Compensation
Ability to work variable hours for requirements gathering and demos with US and global customers
Excellent internet connection
Dedication to customer needs and training
Ability to effectively train and communicate with customers
Required to have access to all SAP/SuccessFactors implementation resources
Desire to lead configuration discussions on SAP.SCN.COM
Excellent English written and spoken communications and diction Preferential Consideration for:
Greater than 4 years SuccessFactors implementation experience
Certified Professional in SuccessFactors Compensation and Variable Pay
Certified skills in additional SuccessFactors modules
Greater than 7 years Human Resources / Talent Management experience

United States Objective Join the US SAP SBU as SuccessFactors Compensation Consultant to help build global SuccessFactors Compensation capability and implement, upgrade and/or extend the SuccessFactors Compensation module for US and International customers.

Additional Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain relationships with KPIT SuccessFactors Delivery and Sales
Provide sales and pre-sales support for SuccessFactors projects (initial client meetings, solution design, proposal development, deal closing activities)
Provide leading functional and technical expertise in SuccessFactors implementation and integration with the Compensation module
Provide oversight and management input on SuccessFactors Compensation projects to ensure client satisfaction
Support SuccessFactors team building, recruitment, and practice management
Technical: Understand Compensation product integration and technical infrastructure requirements and relate them to the specific client situation.
Relationship Management: Manage client expectations and balance the needs of KPIT and the client to ensure satisfaction for both.
Relationship Management: Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level.
Leverage: Perform consultative selling and leverage business through superior delivery skills, good client relations, and subject matter expertise.
Leverage: Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls.
Architect the solution blueprint of customer’s Compensation requirements.

Desired skills
SuccessFactors Professional certification on Compensation module
Experience of multiple SuccessFactors modules implementation
Ability to design solutions, develop presentation materials and articulate approaches for SuccessFactors process improvement projects
Deep knowledge of Compensation business process design and development
Strong analytical skills helping our customers to find the best solution for their Compensation requirements
Extensive business consulting experience
Ability to travel including internationally
Credibility at senior levels/ Executive Presence
Excellent written, presentation and communication skills
