Job Description:
·Overall 10 plus years in IBM WebSphere Commerce, Sterling Call Center, Manhattan functional testing with 8+ Years of Sterling OMS 9.5 product testing experience.
·Strong product knowledge in Sterling OMS 9.5, respective modules and testing experience.
·Demonstrated hands-on testing skills and expertise in Sterling OMS modules like Product Information, Inventory, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges, Catalog, Promotions, Pricing, Customer & Prospects, Order Management, Customer Service, Financial Processing, Order Processing, and Alerts & Notification.
·Experience in integration testing WebSphere Commerce with Sterling Order Management Systems.
·Experience in Sterling OMS end-to-end testing implementations.
·Experience in testing Sterling OMS modules like SKU Page, Search & Browse, Reservation, Checkout, Order Tracking, Recommendation, Promotions, Order Processing, Order Modification, and Inventory Management.
·Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, strong relationship builder in cross-functional teams.
·Sterling OMS 9.5 product end to end knowledge & hands-on testing experience on OMS modules.
·Sterling Call Center testing experience or exposure/knowledge.
·IBM WebSphere Commerce (Online), Manhattan (Warehouse Management) - testing experience or exposure/knowledge.
·Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
·Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
