The Systems Senior Analyst will be primarily responsible for the firm''s Windows-based servers and technology environment servicing 1,500 users across 35 offices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise with the operation, monitoring, maintenance, installation, and configuration of Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, and Exchange 2010 (and above) servers. This individual will possess the ability to participate in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures required to achieve high availability, optimal performance, and future technology thought leadership.

Qualifications
Expert level proficiency, hands-on expertise managing/upgrading/securing mid- to large scale Windows 2008/2012 and above servers environments
Highly proficient, hands-on expertise managing/upgrading/securing complex Active Directory environments
High proficiency, hands-on expertise managing/upgrading/securing mid-size (or larger) Microsoft Exchange 2010 and above messaging environments
Proficient, hands-on experience administering VMWare vSphere/ESX and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop virtualization technologies
Proficient, hands-on experience leveraging Cisco IronPort Email Security technology to secure a production messaging environment, a plus
Proficient, hands-on experience leveraging MobileIron MDM to manage and secure end-user mobile devices, a plus
Familiar with SCCM to package/patch/report operating systems, a plus
Intermediate hands-on proficiency with SAN technology, such as HPE 3PAR all flash storage, a plus
A demonstrated ability to establish, follow, and document technology builds, best practices, and standards
Strong written, verbal communication and presentation capabilities, a plus
Must have customer care experience
4+ year''s technical experience supporting large infrastructures
Flexibility to work extended hours, nights, weekends and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
Bachelor''s degree from an accredited university or proven equivalent work experience
Microsoft Certifications & ITIL Certified, a plus

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the firms Microsoft-driven infrastructure lifecycle, including dependent and integrated technologies
Manage, troubleshoot, and remediate Active Directory group policy and Exchange messaging related incidents and problems
Review/Monitor performance of enterprise applications and software to determine overall health
Manage Exchange database(s), antivirus applications, messaging filtering, and error logs
Work closely with vendors to resolve issues that have been escalated for third-level support
Research, recommend and implement additional systems in order to improve performance and stability
Stay current with trends surrounding Microsoft solutions including, not limited to, identity management, messaging, and security best practices and new technologies
Perform all routine administration and maintenance, including patching, applying security updates, and disaster recovery of systems
Create and maintain documentation related to installations and configurations
Adhere to ITIL service management principles as well as corporate policies
Act as the second- and third-level escalation point for Support Desk and Desktop Support personnel
Participate in daily team activities and communicate effectively
Address "System Outage" events (affecting multiple people, not individuals) in a timely and efficient manner
