Responsibilities:
The Engineer is responsible for:
Designing and developing robust test automation frameworks that allow for rapid test script
creation while being maintainable
Working with engineering teams to ensure these solutions best support ongoing application
development and delivery efforts
Enabling engineering teams to utilize the solutions and adopt a ‘test engineering culture’
Qualifications:
8+ years QA experience with Web based, client server and customer facing applications
Expert level understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) concepts and practices to
continually provide tools for the software delivery teams
Expertise in testing web-based applications.
Expertise in test automation frameworks and programming.
3+ years using test automation frameworks i.e.TestNG, and Selenium Webdriver. - Must
Have
Have built a test automation framework utilizing Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, or other
open source tools
Demonstrable expertise in either Java or C
Experience with implementing test automation within a continuous integration
environment.
Experience designing, implementing or enhancing test harness/framework is desired.
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
