:
This Role is for a Technical Lead in Java J2EE development where Manager is expecting a strong development in Java with OOPS experience.
They are expecting candidate to have at least 1-3 years of Lead or Architect level of experience where They will mainly (70-80%, rest is occasional Development):
Mentoring Developer
Code reviews
Grooming the Stories (Working with Business analyst and Product Owners on the user stories)
Helping Production team in production issues
Requirement:
Strong Design skills in Java/j2ee development
Strong 1-3 years of experience in Lead or architecting Java.
