Responsibilities
Work in the Digital Marketing Group on the Agile Growth Team creating and executing A/B tests and multivariate tests.
The Agile team operates practicing agile methodologies.
Testing on eCommerce sites with many stakeholders.
Creating/building code to support a/b tests
QAing the code and deploying the code.
Other duties as required

Must Have Skills
Extensive knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JSON, jQuery/JS Frameworks. Very comfortable in DOM manipulation.
Awareness of SEO markup/ analytic tagging, working knowledge with Enterprise level CMS’s (AEM, SiteCore, OpenText) and knowledge of Open Source CMS’s such as WordPress, Drupal and Joomla.
Nice to have: Building A/B or multivariate tests for solving problems such as: page or cart abandonment, retargeting and dynamic site logic.
Knowledge of UX design best practices, and understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
Ability to develop clean code from wireframes and interaction design documents
Experience and interest in troubleshooting usability and design issues
Experience with Adobe Analytics including the custom goal and event tracking
Knowledge of Adobe AEM platform and SAP Hybris.

Experience in building scalable web sites
Experience working with JSP is a plus

Comfort working with minimal technical guidance and supervision

Prior experience integrating cross-platform tools via API
Communication skills, ability to present in-front of leadership if needed and able to work cross functionally with other teams.
