5+ years of Experience as CIEM (Continuous Intelligence Enterprise Monitoring)
Experience deploying and administering Splunk , esp focused on ITSI and ITOA.
Experience deploying and administering AppDynamics APM tools (APM and UEM)
5+ years
Create IT operational as well as executive dashboards, in line with our CIEM initiative
Experience deploying and administering Log Analytics Splunk , esp focused on ITSI and ITOA.
Experience deploying and administering AppDynamics APM tools (Synthetic, B/M-RUM, APM, Analytics)
Experience deploying and administering IBM Tealeaf customer experience using packet capture, or DOM capture.
Experience deploying and administering Thousand Eyes for Network/SaaS/Cloud monitoring
Experience deploying and administering Sciencelogic for Infrastructure monitoring
Working knowledge of common platforms including Unix, Linux, Windows
Configuration and build documentation and knowledge transfer to farmers designated team member of all the services provided.
Experience deploying and administering Dynatrace APM tools (Synthetic, DCRUM, UEM, & AppMon)
