Position: Solution Architect (Enterprise Architect)

Duration: 2 Year

Mandatory Experience Qualifications
A minimum of five (5) years of applying Architecture principles.
A minimum of seven (7) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study,
design, and programming.
A minimum of three (3) years of design and implementation experience in IT, with a deep
knowledge of data analysis and modeling.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience within multiple, diverse technical configurations,
technologies and processing environments.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with both relational and non-relational databases
and database design.
A minimum of three (3) years of experience with JSON and XML, and with standards and
technologies as they relate to the design and implementation of SOAP-based and RESTful web
services.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience with secure solution design and architecture.
Possession of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in an IT-related or Engineering field
A good understanding of strategic, and new and emerging technology trends and their application to new and evolving business and operating models.
An ability to translate future-state business capabilities and requirements into solution architecture requirements
Knowledge of MITA and HIPAA standards
Minimum one (1) year of experience with healthcare IT projects.
Minimum two (2) years of experience with large scale integration of a centralized state system with numerous geographically diverse local systems and organizations.
Desirable Experience Qualifications
Experience working with California state agencies
Experience with healthcare or Medicaid IT systems
Experience with legacy data structures such as ADABAS and COBOL
Certification or training in Enterprise Architecture
Certification or training in Service-Oriented Architecture
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
