Qualifications Basic
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education
At least 6 years of experience in software development using open source technologies.
Must Have Skills: Node JS, Mongo DB and Angular 6
Preferred
At least 3+ years of experience of development in scripting languages like Angular 2+, ExpressJS, Node.js, Javascript
Good knowledge of No SQL Database like Mongo DB
Must be familiar with build and deployment process using Jenkins or any other similar tools.
Hands on experience of working in Agile development mode.
Should have good understanding on web application security and vulnerabilities.
Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with business and IT leadership. Expected to do status reporting for the work to client leadership.
Hands on experience in Global Delivery Model coordinating, planning, tracking and reporting the offshore work.
Awareness of Quality Practices, their adherence and tools used such as Quality Control.
Proven ability to handle crisis situations and making informed decisions.
Good-to-have: 3 years of experience in Insurance Domain
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Nice to have skills: SAFe Agile experience
