Partner with various business stakeholders and technology leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions and system designs
Collaborate with other members of the development team, including other architects and leads, to evaluate solutions and gain consensus on technical direction and to determine needs for new software, platforms and applications
Utilize tools, technology and various methodologies to create functional and intuitive solutions for user interfaces of desired products
Manage all phases of technology development
Guide and train developers and engineers
Suggest and implement solutions for process improvement
Adhere to all the requirements and guidelines for quality, security, extensibility etc. per ISO 25010
Increase system reliability, make it easier and safer to make changes and address recurring patterns issues with testing and monitoring, and long lead-times for system improvements
10 years of experience in software development role with at least 5 years as a software architect
Outstanding knowledge of software and application design and architecture
A technical mindset and analytical approach
Great attention to detail
Good leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or similar relevant field
Prior experience with agile development, continuous integration, and DevOps
