Experienced in Siebel CRM (Callcenter/eService/Siebel Service portal application
Experienced in migrating Siebel Clients from 8.1(IP2013) to the latest Siebel version (IP2019
In-depth understanding of Windows 2016 OS features and related administration utilities tools
Experienced in migrating from eService IP2013 to Siebel Service portal(Open UI)
Experienced in migrating Siebel Email integration from Lotus Notes to Outlook.
Must have prior experience in upgrading Siebel environment, applying patches, monitoring Siebel components,
designing, performance optimization, failover, and scalability
Coordinate, lead and deliver on all tasks related to systems infrastructure design, installation configuration,
administration Siebel application across all environments
Must understand Siebel architecture and framework capabilities including understanding Gateway Server, Enterprise
Server, and Siebel Server
Ability to debug issues related to Siebel enterprise and servers.
Must have prior experience in database tasks like a backup of DB, monitoring DB performance, DB server
space/performance, local database extracts.
Must have experience with providing hardware/software and database sizing for a large Siebel upgrade
implementations
Must have extensive experience and knowledge with performance tuning of Siebel implementations
Must have prior experience with data migration such as Service Request/Activity with attachments, List of values,
Workflows, Rule Sets, Scripts to production and non-production environments.
Experience with Siebel EAI integrations (Web services, JMS, MQ)
Migration and Deployment of Siebel Objects from one environment to an upgraded environment.
Co-Ordination with Network, Database Administration team for Connectivity, Version/Patch Update, Upgrade and
Data backup activities.
Experience in migrating integrated components
Working knowledge of Siebel authentication methods (LDAP, SSO, HFIM, Ping ID)
Experience in repository migrations, SRF changes, and other deployment activities
