SharePoint Developer for Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services

Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in developing custom UI solutions in Sharepoint 2010/2013, SharePoint Site design and deployment
7+ years custom coding in .Net and Object-Oriented development
Microsoft Certified Master for SharePoint preferred.
Proficiency in SharePoint 2010/2013 Farm Architecture and Administration.
Experience in Windows 2012 Administration.
Proficiency in Web technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, css, HTML 5.
Preferred candidates will have 6 or more years professional development experience using .NET technologies with, C# and/or ASP.NET.
Experience with UI development (i.e.WebForms, JavaScript, DHTML/HTML, XML/XSLT) and business logic development.
Preferred candidate will offer strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently without direct supervision.
Excellent problem solving, design, coding and debugging skills.
Critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component level.
Experience with design documentation, creation of mockups, requirements gathering and client interaction.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with business users and IT developers
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or directly related degree required
Ability to interact with multiple middle to senior level business stakeholders and solicit details about their data needs
Ability to conduct interviews for “discovery" and convert them into functional and data flows
Ability to develop detailed functional specifications
Ability to collaborate with stakeholders, project teams and platform vendors to ensure end solution meet requirements
Expertise in usability and accessibility of websites
