The ServiceNow Architect is responsible for leading, designing, developing, and delivering distributed solutions using a service-oriented approach for anything ServiceNow related within the company
Provide thought leadership in strategic direction for Enterprise Implementation of the ServiceNow platform using ITSM, ITBM & CSM.
Collaborate with a larger group of Business SMEs, solution and technical architects to set technical direction for the delivery of solutions
Assist in gathering and reviewing client’s process requirements and map to ServiceNow features/implementations
Assist customers with POC activities, understanding of ServiceNow platform, and agile approaches
Functional knowledge and implementation experience of IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and demonstrated project management skills and experience working directly with customers and clients Experience building and coding Configuration Management Databases (CMDB)
Working knowledge of LDAP, AD, SSO, Email Infrastructure, Web Services , workflow
Working knowledge of relational databases Working knowledge of systems and network performance and availability monitoring and analysis as well as configuration management
Understanding of IT service desk and service management along with good understanding of the ITIL framework including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Service Desk.
IT process discovery, reconciliation, and design
IOP ServiceNow instance and software design assessment
IT ITSM design
Process reconciliation and standardization across all divisions, resulting in a common to-be process design
Define To-be IT processes for Incident, Service Request, Change, KM, CMDB, and Problem (including conditional logic/flows)
Define response & resolution SLA’s for Incident, Problem, Service Request management
efine SLAs for change management and MACD for KM and CMDB.
