Job Description :
Need to be 10/10 communication skills and need to be Architect level
5+ years of experience working with ServiceNow, including Architect experience
Been a part of at least two fully completed implementation cycles Experience with Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge
Experience with integrating other infrastructure tools
Multiple implementations of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Orchestration, Performance Analytics, and Event Management
Familiar with ServiceNow Scripting and security best practices
Strong experience of web based development languages; specifically, JavaScript, PowerShell scripting, Bash scripting, HTML, and ServiceNow API’s,
Web Services Competent in organizing, planning and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment (preferred some agile experience)
Certifications: (one or more)
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist
ServiceNow Adaptive Implementation Framework (SAIF)
ServiceNow Certified Developer certification preferred
ITIL Foundations desirable
Ability to demonstrate solutions
Exceptional attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management
Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audience
Work to be Conducted:
- Assist with ServiceNow implementations
- Assist with ServiceNow scripting and best practices
- Assist with ServiceNow Architecture
