Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Bellevue, WA

Duration: 6 - 12+ months

Manager Notes:
Technical API analysis, document in JIRA via user stories, and handoff to DevOps for implementation while being available for follow-up, UAT, or requirements support after deployment
Experience & Skills:
5+ years of prior ServiceNow experience
Functional expertise in Service Management disciplines and/or the ServiceNow product.
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow with a focus on IT Service Management.
Demonstrated success in Service Management platform operations or consulting role, working collaboratively with other developers as an integral part of an agile team.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders on business process enhancements.
Experience identifying, driving, and managing product scope
Ability to learn new technologies or technology concepts quickly
Strong problem solving and abstract thinking skills
Good skills with any of the scripting language
Strong communication and data presentation skills
