Title : Service Now Developer

The ServiceNow Developer is responsible for the analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical information technology solutions through application of appropriate software development life cycle methodology. The skills progression identifies responsibilities ranging from basic programming assignments to being able to function in a single discipline to advanced specialty disciplines such as assembly/integration, cross-discipline functions, data engineering, industry expertise, knowledge engineering, legacy evolution, or system infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
-Simplify business workflow and process automation while enhancing user experience
-Deploy ServiceNow Portal, Service Catalog, Knowledgebase, Virtual Agent, off-line capability, etc.
-Deploy new features and capabilities from the current supported and future ServiceNow Platform and Releases (London, Madrid, New York, etc
-Deploy Mid-Servers for ChevronCEMRECDev
-Deploy ServiceNow Analytics, KPIs, reports, dashboard, etc.
-Prepare for integration with Public Cloud, HR and Real Estate solutions, ITSM, and Network CMDB initiatives
-Promote development works from Dev to Merge Dev to Test to Production environment
-Perform routine monitoring on system/application performance in full alignment of SLAs and OLAs
-Manage system administration activities related to development environment
Required Skills:
-ServiceNow Developer experience
-ServiceNow certification
-Knowledge of tool set (i.e. Public Cloud, HR and Real Estate solutions)
