Position : Senior Technical Lead – Oracle Financials
Location : Oakland, CA
Duration : 18-24 Months
Special Conditions : Travel outside of normal business hours
Travel between client locations

Our client is hiring a Senior Technical Lead with overall responsibility for the success of a technical team supporting a large scale Oracle Financial Systems replacement project. Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability to develop strong relationships and ensure effective collaboration with Program, Functional and Systems Integrator leadership while building and leading a technical team responsible for solution design, build, document, test, deploy, and change management.
Experience:
7+ years of progressively more responsible hands-on application, interface and data conversion development and technical leadership experience supporting Oracle e-Business Suite Financials implementations in large, complex enterprise environments
Expert knowledge of accounting processes, workflows and terminology in an Oracle ERP environment
Deep familiarity with SQL, Java, HTML, XML and knowledge of Oracle schema structures and interface/conversion strategies
Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem solving, critical thinking and team development skills that enable you to be successful both working in the details and ensuring your team maintains visibility and connection to the big picture
Capable of connecting with audiences at every level and experience domain via strong storytelling, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills to decisively make decisions, build influence and gain buy-in from executives, stakeholders, peers, and team members
Technology delivery experience using Agile and waterfall approaches
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent professional working experience
Demonstrated experience supporting a diverse and inclusive work environment
