Position Summary:
seeking a skilled senior mobile application developer who possess skills in native mobile application development in iOS. An ideal candidate shall also have done mobile development using React Native.
Qualifications:
5+ software development, with strong experience in object-oriented analysis and design.
2+ years of HTML5 web/Hybrid mobile apps for iOS
Highly Desirable Skills: React Native, iOS
Experience with a modern client-side JavaScript framework (AngularJS, ReactJS, Prototype, BackboneJS or similar
A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
Build (code) and unit test app functionality per technical specifications, with deliverables to include code builds and documented unit test results.
Work closely with talented engineers and product visionaries and help build a solid mobile apps using the hottest technologies around, including React Native, ReactJS, and NodeJS.
Develop mobile apps using React Native, Android (Java) or iOS (Swift)
Troubleshoot and analyze system level issues end to end
Work with cross-disciplinary teams (design, research, product) throughout the design process.
Skills:
Experience with at least two programming languages including Java, Swift, Javascript
Strong system development skills (sensors, media, algorithms, threading, memory management, sync, networking, power
Strong understanding of physics and mathematics as applied to development of UI transitions, animations, image processing etc.
Strong foundation in data structure and algorithms
Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
Experience with software toolkit design and implementation
A strong collaborator who can work across multi-disciplinary teams
