Position: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Irving, TX
Duration: 12+ Months


JOB DUTIES:

Architect and design technical solutions for business problems using Salesforce platform.
Work with security architects, risk, and network security to find solutions that work with the Salesforce platform providing secure solutions. Provide direction on solutions that provide for out of the box solutions for the Digital team, end-to-end architecture team & Salesforce development team.
Work with vendor and implementation team to ensure that the product feature set is architected to ensure a complete digital experience.
Provide direction to both Sales and Service teams to help build out processes that solve for a fully digital experience. Provide direction to optimize business processes on the sales and service side and work with business leaders to influence their processes to work with industry standard guidelines and products.
Provide direction to the Marketing and Digital teams to help build out the online self-service experience to provide for digital first, best in class customer experience.
Architect identity management solutions for both the customer and employees by working with solutions architects and experts.
Architect solutions for the data analytics and Einstein platforms, both discovery and wave and provide direction for both the business and technical teams to develop a solution.
Be a visionary partnering with Architects, technical leads and key individuals within our functional organization and recommend SFDC Platform improvement.
Have exceptional salesforce knowledge and bring in best practices. And be able to work cross-functionally, while evangelizing Salesforce and discovering business needs.
Define master data management, data migration & data integration strategies
Help build an SFDC-based Quote-to-Cash suite of products, including CPQ (configure/price/quote), contract management, revenue and rebate management, and other related solutions.

MUST HAVE SKILLS:


Experience:

10+ years of experience in global software development and deployment.
5+ years of experience in delivering applications on Salesforce platform.
Service, Sales, Community and Analytics Cloud implementation experience
Development Skills

Salesforce Certified System Architect certification.
Extremely hands-on with Salesforce native programming tools such as Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework, VisualForce, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers,Triggers, Workflows, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders etc.
Extensive development experience using standard JavaScript Frameworks such as Angular, React, D3, JSCharts etc.
Very comfortable building applications on Force.com platform within the limitations of the multi-tenant platform (Governor limits
Good debugging skills on platform
Extensive hands-on experience building Lightning Components using Lightning Web Components, Aura Framework and SLDS
Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and participate in code and design reviews.
Extensive experience configuring and building Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using tools such as version control, SFDX, test automation, packages, Change sets, Copado/AutoRabbit etc.
Expert in E-Commerce, CPQ, Product Catalogues and downstream applications preferably in telecom background (OSS/BSS)
Hands on experience with Content management(Salesforce Knowledge) & CMS( Adobe EM)
Proven ability to manage and resolve complex and ambiguous technical issues.
Advanced skills in Salesforce Reports & Dashboards
Ability to build effective SOQL Queries and performance tune the UI scripts, Queries and Apex code
Application Design Skills

Strategic thinker with extensive experience working on Solutions Architecture in Digital, and Omnichannel areas.
Solid understanding of Salesforce Data Model, Object Relationships(Hierarchy, Master-detail, Lookup, Junction Objects
Good understanding of Customer Journey Experience and Analytics.
Understanding of key SFDC architectural concepts and how they influence design.
Overall understanding of Digital strategy and ability to map out the same for the enterprise.
Able to build, configure and setup Sales & Service Console, Live Agent, Omni Channel, CTI Adapters.
Data Management Skills:

Profound knowledge of data management including Data Capture, Segmentation Storage, Data Warehouse and ETL.
Should be able to design Data Security and Access using Salesforce Security Framework such as Profiles, Sharing rules, OWD, permission sets etc.
Integration Skills:

Background with architecture concepts (integration styles, architecture styles, patterns
Knowledgeable in ETL tools and integration tools like Web methods, Apigee etc.
Soft Skills:

Creativity & Critical Thinking.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
DESIRED SKILLS:

Experience with Vlocity CPQ, EPC is a plus but not required (Omniscript, cards and telecom Industry Framework/architecture)
Deep working knowledge of Cloud (AWS preferred) and understanding of DevSecOps.
Application monitoring tools, log analytical tools, security tools.
