Required Skills:
10+ years’ experience in IT project management, requirements definition and/or deployment of business requirements to information systems.
Prior experience in leading IT project management initiatives related to Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) Payroll Consolidation.
Solid functional experience/understanding of payroll and Payroll Consolidation
Knowledge of the following systems: SharePoint 365, Microsoft Project, Visio and ServiceNow (or similar project management tool
Advanced knowledge of building system solutions or business applications.
Very strong writing, negotiation and presentation skills.
Collaborative, customer-focused and able to create visible value.
Experience with intra-department projects as well as projects with sponsors external to IT is required (specifically project management of initiatives related to cloning and migrating applications between data centers and site migrations
Extensive knowledge of the methods and techniques of information technology, including systems analysis and design, telecommunications, computer operations and programming and the use and limitations of all types of computer equipment.
Extensive knowledge of cost and budgetary controls procedures.
Demonstrated skill in the successful completion of multiple, simultaneous and rapidly emergent tasks.
Ability to plan for IT projects, including planning for cost, personnel and equipment needs.
Ability to analyze operations and organize their parts into a logical system.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with executive management, business units, vendors, suppliers and customers, and IS team.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.
Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership skills.
Bachelor''s degree (B. A in computer science or a related field.
PMP certification is preferred
