Senior Process Analyst
Location: Irvine, CA

Job Purpose: responsible for establishing industry best practice processes required for efficient delivery of Application Maintenance, Application Development, Quality Assurance and Infrastructure Management services.

Position Summary: responsible for process development and standardization, process rollout and training, audit and compliance to the process, continual process improvement and to create a more streamlined Global IT organization. Will be assigned to Managed Services engagements to support the build-out of all required Process and Procedures. May be required to support the Metric Management role in smaller engagements. Accountable for the build-out, Training, and roll-out of all engagement process and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

Must support all account efforts to build and document the Managed Services Client facing Dashboard
Leads design reviews
document engagement approach
Must have Jira/Confluence knowledge
Review all Client process and Procedures and collaborate on the best way to support current client Process and procedures
In the event Process and Procedures are unavailable, will adapt using Client''s proven ITIL Process and Procedure templates.
Consults with senior management, subject matter experts, personal knowledge base and industry best practices in the development of Future State processes that drive a consistent Customer Experience across the Engagement
Develops current State processes (If unavailable)
Metrics Management Plan
Work Intake by service areas
Invoicing Process for the engagement
Communication Plans
Governance Plans
ITIL Process and procedures
Responsible for ensuring that the Delivery leadership completes/updates the;
Service Operations Procedures (SOP) document by service area and Engagement level
Service Appreciation Document (SAD) by Application or infrastructure service area and engagement.
Utilizes multiple techniques to develop processes including facilitating meetings with stakeholders, business partners, interviews and research
Customizes workflows in commonly available ITSM tools like ServiceNow, etc.
Defines project vision/scope documentation, develops specs and work with engineering team to execute to our defined process by utilizing MS Visio
Supports group facilitation, conducts interviews, and training and additional forms of knowledge transfer
Applies industry best-practices and expertise regarding emerging technologies, risk mitigation, and continuity planning
Provides quality assurance department personnel with an understanding of the integrated system design concept underlying use cases
Manages client expectations and communications throughout project timeline including change in scope implications
Co-Manages client Kick-off meetings with Transition Manager
Works closely with clients on Managed Service Outcome Models
May work directly with the client VMO and PMO departments
Lead the effort to complete the Managed Service Metric Management Plan (If a Metrics Manager is not assigned to the Managed Service engagement)

Supervisory Responsibilities: Will supervise Process Analysts (if required for large projects)

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor''s Degree or equivalent
Strong track record of process improvement / process redesign and driving continuous culture change in an organization.
Excellent facilitation and lateral thinking skills, with the ability to manage simultaneous communication channels.
It is also essential that the role holder is already an experienced user of process improvement tools and methodologies.
5+ years Application Management
3+ years Customer Relationship Management
3+ years Project Management experience
3+ years Technical writing skills
3+ years Change Management experience
2-3 years Experience leading small teams in a global environment
Operational Improvement experience
Expert in MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PPT

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: ITIL expert certificate, plus COBIT or CMMI or Six Sigma certified or BPM certification is desirable
