Title: Senior IT Architect
Location: Detroit, MI
Long Term contract
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The IBU Informatics team is looking to add a skilled Business Architect to the team.
The Business Architect will be responsible for helping to support the digital vision and strategies for a transition to retail healthcare organization.
This person will assist in defining the data architecture needed to support the distribution, security and usage of data by Enrollment, CRM, Billing & Payment Membership, and Analytical applications.
This role will also be responsible for ensuring end-to-end business process automation.
He/She will interact with EIT and business as key Informatics liaison.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Top Three Skills & Experience:
1.Enterprise Architecture (Minimum 7 years)
2.Data Integration using APIs, MicroServices or other ETL technologies (Minimum 5 years)
3.Project Management Skills (Minimum 8 years)
Required Skills:
Minimum eight (8) years in a Business Architect or Consulting role leading transformation initiatives (Digital, Data, Operating Models, or similar) is required
Track record of success in a fast-paced Agile development environment required
Prior healthcare consulting experience is required
High degree of healthcare provider or payer industry knowledge is preferred
Experience utilizing or leading implementations leveraging Big Data projects required
Capable of conducting analysis on data sources & reverse engineering of existing systems
Has wide latitude in determining creative solutions to strategic and operational needs
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment. MUST HAVE strong documentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel and Visio
Experience in one or more of major metadata tools
Experience in data modeling tools such as Erwin, Data Architect, Oracle Designer
Experience in one or more data bases such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server, Hadoop
Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written communication skills
Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Master’s Degree in related field preferred
