EXP : 9+YRS

JD:
Min 3+ years of drupal experience with progressive increases in responsibility
Knowledge of Drupal 7 & 8
Very fluent in automated tests of these types (And able to mentor others in creating/debugging them): Behat, Functional, Kernel, Unit
Familiar with best practices in Drupal core contributions and contrib module contributions (patch review, submission of new features/bug fixes)
Understanding requirements and helping guide architecture and planning of implementation with an eye toward maintainability in the long-term (leverage core/contrib/libraries vs custom)
Explaining technical limitations with a goal of weeding-out things that aren''t actually requirements and may be difficult/impossible to implement
Understanding ideal continuous integration practices (automated test runs, linting, etc, on the PR level) and constantly pushing Workday for those to be implemented
Familiar enough with Docker to suggest and/or implement enhancements to the local dev environment
Written about development topics in a clear and digestible manner.
Possess an awareness of the technological landscape.
