Job Description –
Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline is required.
8-10 years of experience in fields of content management and web design and development.
Expertise in Drupal CMS solution architecture and development; and experienced in the optimization and fine tuning of Drupal.
Experience with third-party applications/tools and integration.
Proficiency in PHP, SQL, JQuery, CSS.
Strong knowledge of GIT & SVN.
Sever optimization & Systems architecture.
Strong experience across multiple platforms and technology LAMP stack.
Very strong knowledge of Apache.
Very Strong debugging skills.

Drupal application design, writing code, testing, debugging, implementation, documentation and post-production deployment efforts to ensure quality assurance and strict adherence with established standards and procedures.


The Candidate should possess both analytical and technical skills and work closely with product and development teams. They will participate in application and production maintenance activities along with support and problem resolution, which may require off-hour or standby support.

In addition, the candidate will participate in continuous improvement initiatives which includes software engineering disciplines to apply a systematic, disciplined, quantifiable approach to the design, operation, reengineering and maintenance of all contracted projects and in-house application development.


Responsibilities

Analyze the requirements for content management and provide solution to be developed on Drupal platform.
Detailed design of complex software applications through Drupal modules and database structures.
Develop and implement custom modules in PHP/Drupal as per requirements.
Create Drupal web sites including module development and expansions.
Work on architectural considerations to integrate with Salesforce applications
Provide design and develop security (authentication and authorization) mechanism to the Drupal site through single sign-on.
Migrate existing content to Drupal platform.
Gathers, Interprets and Analyzes complex user requirements specified by customers and engineers to complete software design, development, testing, installation, and support for applications, which satisfy those requirements.
Collaborate with configuration management with respect to assigned applications.
Participate in daily meetings and regular planning and review sessions.
Interact with cross-functional teams to ensure complete delivery of web applications.
Assist in release/deployment planning and execution activities.
Maintain effective software documentation.
Regular attendance is required in office.
