POSITION: Senior .Net Developer
DURATION: 12 months
LOCATION: Downtown Chicago, IL
Must Haves:
-experience in software development of applications and systems using .NET (4.5 and above)
-Designing responsive web-pages using HTML5 and Bootstrap and web page performance optimization
-Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or Computer Science required
-Experience with Mongo DB and SQL Database
-10% front end development - HTML, CSS, Angular JS
-90% backend .Net, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, REST, SQL Server (2008, 2012, 2014)
-Writing and understanding complex MS SQL queries and writing T-SQL SQL Stored procedures (SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014)
-Provide production support/troubleshooting within the application and databases
-Writing unit tests and knowledge of test driven development
-Working with the tax team to provide application support and infrastructure team to administer web applications, services and database

DTD:
The Senior developer will be responsible for design, development, debugging, testing, deploying and supporting custom applications and modules that meet business requirements. Candidate will demonstrate a good understanding and working knowledge of the client''s business and tax systems, and for meeting client deadlines. This role is of a Senior Developer who has expert level knowledge designing & developing modern web applications using technologies like ASP.NET MVC, HTML5, CSS, jQuery, Web API, and bootstrap. They will be working on a legacy system for partnership solutions groups -this will be 90% backend and 10% front end. They must also have experience with production support within the application and databases. They must also be able to work with product teams to gather and analyze requirements, produce technical designs, create the application, conduct software testing, implement the software solution and support production issues.
