Senior DevOps Engineer
Level: Senior Associate
Duration: 3 - 6+ Month
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Client location is in Littleton, first month would be on site after that they can work remote, preferable in the Boston area.

Primary Responsibilities
Build and implement cloud infrastructure solutions for distributed systems and applications.
Develop build and deploy pipelines.
Collaborate with development architects to ensure DevOps requirements are met during various phases of development.
Collaborate with development team to ensure flexible application configuration management is put in-place.
Design and hardening of virtual networks, firewalls, load balancers, and virtual machines.
Work with application development teams to identify potential vulnerability points and identify testing strategies to validate.
Develop technical solutions and implement security tools to help mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
Must Haves Technical Skills:
Ability to code / script and troubleshoot ( any language or scripting language)
Understanding of basic Unix commands / ability to write bash scripts
Understanding of docker and how docker works, ability to write docker file,
Understanding of Jenkins and how Jenkins is used in builds and unit testing ( Travis is also ok)
Understanding of what CI / CD means and how generally services are coded and tested / deployed
Understanding of some build language maven / gradle or other scripting (ex: Ansible )
