Role Responsibilities:
Acts as a liaison to business and technology partners to analyze access management business needs and to provide key insights and recommendations.
Leads and facilitates sessions to elicit and document business and functional requirements; participates in the creation of test scripts, manages user acceptance testing, and monitors defect resolution; defines business processes and effective controls. Works closely with tech owner, leads and developers to review system solutions and ensure business requirements are met.
Plan, conduct and direct the analysis of complex business problems to be solved by automated or manual provisioning and/or certification processes and tools. Respond to questions, requests for information, and trouble shoot and resolve issues for internal staff and business partners
Acts as an internal consultant to identify and implement solutions that are cost effective and meet business requirements, which improve efficiency of internal practices through automation, optimization, elimination, or process redesign.
Provide oversight and guidance for any business and/or technical questions related to Enterprise Access Management processes, systems, and applications
Initiates and maintains relationships with key stakeholders through intelligent, effective, and tactful written and verbal communication, including presentations, meetings, conference calls, emails, etc.
Collaborates effectively with team members at all levels in the organization. Aggregates feedback and information from stakeholders to influence decisions made by senior leadership. Communicates information in a level-appropriate manner using relevant channels and vehicles of interaction.
Conduct analysis for production issues, recommend solutions and present the results to management
Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, especially the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and issues to ensure understanding and resolution of issues
Demonstrated ability to independently drive projects through to completion
Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff.

Required Qualifications
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
2+ years of IAM (Identity and Access Management) experience

Desired Qualifications:
Experience with IAM tools a plus
Knowledge and experience with Access Management provisioning, deprovisioning and certification systems and processes
Demonstrated ability to understand complex access control environments
Experience in using business analysis and requirements elicitation tool such as Requisite Pro, Enterprise Architect, DOORs, etc.
CISSP, IIBA CBAP, or PMI PBA certifications
