Role: Scrum Master/Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months
Job Description:
o Minimum 5 years of Scrum Master Experience and 10+ years of Project Management experience.
o Experience in Banking & Financial Services
o Experience/Familiarity in technology (Java, Oracle)
o Scrum Master Certification (CSP, PSM II)
o Excellent Communication Skills and Leadership Competencies
o Proven experience leading Scrum technical teams with a passion for the developing the talent within the team
o Experience in facilitating discussion, decision making, conflict resolution, assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
o Familiarity with modern delivery practices such as continuous integration, behavior/test driven development, and specification by example
o Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog
o Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.
o Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
o Provide leadership, vision and design direction for the team and experience in leading development teams
o Must be willing to work diligently to meet project deadlines
