Job Description :
Seeking a Scrum Master to work with the Production team to manage and coordinate all aspects of development projects from inception through launch to ensure deadline and goals have been successfully accomplished. Work closely with Engineering, Infrastructure, Production, Product Development, Global Brands, & Regional Production teams to achieve overall project objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Perlgem and Drupalgem projects from inception through architecture, build, testing, & launch
Identify and communicate key milestones, project dependencies, & project resources and then manage the execution of the plan using Agile Scrum methodologies
Play “Product Owner” role in Agile team, working with technical architects & business leaders to define & document requirements, user stories, and priorities and communicate these to the team
Ensure that the project team is notified promptly of any potential change in project scope and expected deliverables
Work with the Scrum Master to resolve blockers and ensure the team provides its deliverables on time
Ensure consistency of work and overall adherence to strategy

Leadership ability to drive the team forward on immediate projects while ensuring alignment with the big picture, long term architectural goals
Ability to bridge gaps between technical and business teams; enough understanding of technical concepts to assess and ensure that technical decisions align with the business goals
Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders to build alignment in a complex, ambiguous landscape
Experience & understanding of Change Management
Understanding of concepts underlying Microservices architectures
Experience with DevOps concepts and best practices
Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms & Cloud migrations, ideally at an enterprise scale (AWS preferred)
Qualifications:
Positive, pro-active personality able to drive projects forward, inspire the team, and build relationships & alignment with other groups
Minimum of 5+ years of online project management experience, with at least two years of working in an Agile team as a Product Owner or Program Manager
At least 5+ year of online web development or management, with working knowledge of web technologies and E-Commerce experience
An ability to effectively communicate, collaborate, and influence across groups.
Pro-active problem solving abilities
Ability to think architecturally and assess the pros & cons and business impacts of engineers’ recommendations
Experience with Jira or similar Agile project management tool
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment a must
