Role: Scrum Master/PM
Location: Reston, VA
Duration: Long Term/Full Time

Description:
We are looking for a solid, very experienced Scrum Master who can work with different squads and senior agile coaches
Must have a solid grasp and actual experience with the Agile practices, knowledge of Kanban
Must have deep understanding and extensive experience with regarding release and sprint planning
Candidate must be Agile savvy and have a good handle on latest Agile tools, Practices and Concepts
Must have strong knowledge of Agile engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development, and Pair Programming
Must have strong experience in Jira
Must have the ability to work with large / distributed teams
Must have strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Experience training teams and large groups is a plus
Requires proven experience in change management, status reporting, and issue/risk management
Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment
Persuasive, encouraging, and motivating. Possesses the ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments. Must have strong experience managing and resolving conflicts
Should have SAFe knowledge or experience
Must have CSM Certification.
