Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Overall leadership for the Scrum Team including agile management for ongoing
project execution
Interface daily directly with the Scrum Team
Interface directly with client end-user and management staff to
determine operational objectives.
Management of an agile team ensuring dynamic and necessary
resources are available
Provide an approach for knowledge sharing and management
techniques improve collaboration through frequent communication, team work
and customer interaction by all members
Facilitate agility around the project environment.
Ensure tasks are appropriately assigned and supported as needed
Remove impediments to team''s ability to accomplish tasks
Attend meetings as needed to support ongoing sprints
Secondary Responsibilities:
Work closely with organizational leadership to provide management
updates
Attend training as necessary to maintain skills and expertise
Provide ad hoc support for general project planning and technical
design, including support of scheduling, development alignment with formal
process reviews, prepare and deliver
presentations, assist in designing and planning for all levels
of system testing and training.

Required skills and experience
BA/BS or equivalent experience.
Experience as a Scrum Master.
Certified Scrum Master preferred
Certified SAFe Agilist preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including grammar
and business style.
Software design, software documentation, software development
life process and formal documentation standards, Track record with software
requirements, structured analysis and
design, teamwork, software maintenance, process improvement.
Security clearance may be required as varying levels, depending
on project assignments.
