Summary
Arizona State Land Department (ASLD) has recently taken an initial step into moving operations to the cloud through the delivery of the Salesforce CRM platform. Because of this ASLD requires a contracted resource to provide the necessary knowledge to maintain and support the Salesforce CRM platform. In support of this overall objective, this contracted resource will provide services that enable or ensure attainment of the following business objectives:
Responsibilities:
Provide regular maintenance to the platform as required by the normal business usage of the platform
Review, qualify and if necessary, implement the necessary software updates, fixes and changes as recommended by Salesforce
Provide a knowledgeable resource to assist and train the ASLD IT team by increasing their knowledge of maintaining and supporting the platform.
Work with and support any new enhancements that are delivered to the production side of the platform
Perform basic configuration and administration of the platform as requested by authorized ASLD stakeholders
Work closely with other stakeholders and vendors to ensure work performed aligns with broader ASLD Salesforce strategy
Work with ASLD leadership to further develop a long-term support strategy.
Because of the above requirements, work under this agreement will commence in October and conclude approximately (30) weeks after its start date. A contracted and certified Salesforce Administrator will be required to reside onsite with ASLD for 5 days per week per an agreed upon schedule. Compensation for this will be provided by ASLD on a time and material basis. Any work performed by the contracted resource that is anticipated to go beyond this scope of work (SOW) will negotiated and agreed upon through the channel of a change order. ASLD will provide a workspace and sufficient access to its systems so that the contracted resource can perform their duties successfully.
Scope
The contracted resource will provide business analysis, configuration, any necessary software development and quality assurance for the purposes of delivering maintenance and support. As part of this SOW, the contracted resource will be required to provide documentation of activities, weekly status of accomplishments and other deliverables accordingly. Other deliverables for a new Salesforce CRM platform maintenance include:
Salesforce adoption reporting
User Request Log with daily updates.
Updates to User Guide
Best Practices Guide in Salesforce Administration & Maintenance
