Position: Salesforce Developer
Location: Indianapolis, IN
3+ month contract
Need a local consultant or nearby who can go for face to face interview
Bachelor''s Degree is REQUIRED.
All work must be done onsite (no remote)
Description of Duties:
90% Salesforce Development for HR application
10% Administrative
Direct experience and development using Salesforce.com.
Strong SFDC knowledge and Integration components for SFDC ( for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders and ETL Tools)
Strong technical foundation including: 2-5+ yrs experience with advanced structured programming - APEX, Force.com, .Net, Java
Strong understanding and experience of SDLC and IT governance methodologies, tools and approaches to successful project implementations; including Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies and PMBOK project management principles.
Ability to lead, motivate, encourage and influence others to perform towards a common goal;
Ability to build and maintain relationships across business groups;
Working knowledge of and ability to interpret and apply federal and state policies and rules regarding IT.
Be able to communicate with staff and users on technical and nontechnical issues.
