1. The resource should have excellent understanding of Sales and Marketing cloud concepts. Good to have Service cloud experience when that rolls out in future.
2. Strong development experience in APEX, Trigger and integration/API development. Have experience working in Agile support model and provide smart scalable solutions on SFDC best practices.
3. Having experience in Lightning is a required, and should be up to work on Communities and SFDC DX practices at least.
4. As the project continues, more applications will be added connected with Salesforce. We should be smart and competitive enough to learn and work on them.
