Technical/Functional Skills:
Sales Force Business System Analyst
Roles & Responsibilities:
Change agent for Salesforce CoE to promote best practices that can transform Salesforce Implementation across.
Lead discovery and requirements gathering sessions. Recommend alternate approaches.
Communicate with the business throughout elaboration and development to identify their business needs
Map requirements to out-of-box functionality within SalesForce
Document business requirements and user stories
Create test cases and test scripts in accordance with the test plan
Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements
Work with end users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to accurately prioritize defects and re-test resolved issues
Train end users on new functionality
Perform Change Management functions, create training materials, and conduct stakeholder training
Manage Salesforce release activities and administration of instances and support
Establish strong partnership and collaboration with business areas to drive usage and adoption
Follow an iterative software development methodology and contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle and support Requirements

Generic Managerial Skills:

Experience on a Salesforce implementation through the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience soliciting, gathering, and analyzing user input and documenting requirements
Experience documenting user stories and creating to-be process flow diagrams
Heavy experience training end users
Ability to extrapolate business requirements and translate in to Salesforce functional requirements
Hands on experience configuring Salesforce, including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment
Proven ability to drive change
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels including executive management
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
Experience Sales and Service Cloud Features
Salesforce Admin Certification
