Job Description :
Act as primary technical administrator for Apttus application on Salesforce platform and other applications as needed
Apttus subject matter expert that is able to speak to application functionalities and implementation best practices with authority
Configure and implement Apttus solutions, such as Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Contract Life cycle Management (CLM), and Intelligent Workflow and Approvals (IWA) on Salesforce
Collaborate with Software Developers and TPMs to develop requirements for various initiatives, translate requirements into workable and scalable solutions and implement the solutions
Responsible for providing support through systems implementation, customization, installation, configuration, diagnosis and problem resolution for 3rd party integrations and internally developed applications
Act as a point of escalation and resource for SOC team
Mentor and train other Salesforce Administrators
Proactively identify ways for the team to improve and assists to implement changes
Manage incoming tickets, reproduce issues, and provide troubleshooting and resolution or assignment as appropriate
Support global deployment, maintenance, troubleshooting and resolution for Apttus/Salesforce
