Experience of Development / Support on Salesforce.com
Knowledge of cloud platform e.g.Heroku
Knowledge of Service Now Ticketing System is preferable
Good leadership skills involving managing a project from design to execution to supervision and follow-ups
Strong problem solving aptitude
Self-starter. Does not depend on answers from others. The candidate must be able to dig deeply and research a problem with very minimal supervision
Independent. The candidate must be able to find his/her own answers to problems or development solutions in most cases
