Reliant Vision Group is a fast growing IT Staffing and product company based Iselin, NJ. We are looking for sales manager who is passionate and successful in getting sales for the company. We are seeking an experienced business development manager with existing client relationships and a proven track record of success in selling IT Staffing services.

Job Description:
Work independently to develop sales pipeline, identify target clients, deliver revenue goals.
Cold calling, follow ups of prospect clients and obtain job orders.
Achieve company''s revenue goals.
Bring new accounts and develop relationships, create key contact person within those accounts.
Develop strategies for sales also contribute in Company branding and marketing.
Research market and trends. Incorporate changes per the market need.
In person meetings with prospect clients and existing clients.
Provide presentations in person or tele presence in expos, Seminars, networking events etc.
Should possess strong understanding of IT staffing industry including recruiting, billing and delivery.
Should possess understanding of H1B , L1 visas.
Should be flexible to travel across for client meetings or networking events.
Should provide excellent service delivery experience by delivery resources on time to Clients.
Requirements:
2-3 years’ experience in Business development with proven track record.
Excellent inter personal, presentation and communication skills.
Should be Passionate, enthusiastic, prompt in response time, money motivated, hunter and farmer, persistent individual.
