Description: SQL DBA
Strong engineering SQL development in DB including SSIS and optimizations
7+ years of or RDBMS logical and physical system design using Microsoft SQL Server or MySQL or PostgreSQL
7+ years of database performance tuning, including using DMVs, indexing, query optimization, Perfmon, etc.
7+ years of SQL and related scripting
7+ years of DBMS hardware knowledge with good understanding of memory, CPU, SAN, RAID, I/O, SSD, and other capacity related components
5+ years of Database Mirroring, Log Shipping, FCI clusters, AlwaysOn, and Transactional/Peer-to-Peer Replication on SQL Server 2008 or MySQL or PostgreSQL
7+ years of SSIS development
Database construction in a web environment including server environments, back-end integration, and end-user constraints
Database development such as requirements gathering, scripting, testing and documentation
Architecting and building highly available, scalable, high volume, large scale, data-intensive, distributed systems
Solid knowledge of SQL Server or MySQL or PostgreSQL internals
Create or review architecture and specification documents
Design highly effective databases and developing highly optimized code and processes
Analyze schema, querying data, and reviewing SQL code
Support software/database product through the entire development life cycle
Analyze third party products
