Job Description:
Skill Set: familiarity with any of the following products but they will be trained on the specific tasks to perform
- McAfee endpoint - Required
- Crowdstrike - Plus
- Imperva - Plus
- Firepower IPS - Required
- Qradar - Required
Work to be Conducted:
- Assist with daily maintenance and running of the listed products.
- Assist with agent installation and troubleshooting
- Assist with handling of support calls on these devices during business hours.
