Job Description :
Responsible for customer interaction, requirement gathering, workshops, training people at Offshore and act as onsite coordinator.
Good exposure of triaging the issues with customer and other stakeholders for the systems interacting with Salesforce application
Experience in designing and providing solution on time and maintaining the quality of deliveries.
Experience in creating architecture documents, Techno-Functional design documents and knowledge documents
Integration knowledge between SFDC and other third party systems using REST/ SOAP services and other middleware tools along with client/server architecture, publish/subscription based message processing, distributed system architecture and remoting.
Vast hands on experience on different out-of-box and customization skills related to marketing cloud and service cloud which include workflow rule creation, process builder, visual flow, approval processes, business processes, assignment rules, validation rules etc, apex, visualforce page, vf components, data management, SOQL/ SQL query performance optimization and implementation of security model.
Hands on experience on creating portals (customer, partner using templates), sites for internal/external customers , knowledgebase and case management.
Good hands on experience on creating lightening applications using Lightning framework/design pattern which includes Lightning app builder, Lightning Custom Components, Lightning Page, SLDS and Lightening Experience.
SFDC user/administrator activities (including permissions, roles, profiles, queues, security setup, views, page layouts etc), reports and data migration activities using data loader and excel connector.
