Job Description :
1. Strong Experience in the following:
1. Business Process Consulting Experience
2. IT Service Management - Should be able to design and architect the solution with SFDC in mind
3. HR Ticket Management
4. Data Security
2. At least 10 years + experience in relevant areas as above
3. Strong communication and should be able to talk to users directly without any hand holding
