Job Description :

Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.

Documents requirements, defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.

May require a bachelor''s degree in a related area and 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Familiar with relational database concepts, and client-server concepts.

Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May lead and direct the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Typically reports to a manager.

You will facilitate requirements elicitation, management and analysis to challenge assumptions, design process improvements and deliver project documentation.

You will generate compelling business cases and provide accurate project effort estimates while applying your expertise and technical knowledge to design for usability and advance our architectural objectives.

Your effective communication and change leadership will influence adoption of the solutions and drive alignment between stakeholders expected business outcomes and technical constraints.

Experience with Oracle Taleo Recruiting or ServiceNow’s HR Service Delivery module with emphasis in Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions capabilities is preferred.

Your ability to apply that experience to a complex integrated systems environment (mixed internal custom applications and COTS products) and facilitate across internal teams and vendors will set you apart.

Specialization with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Module, Business Process and Application Integration experience is ideal
