Job Description :
Develop, Validate, Debug and design features, test scripts, and automation pipeline for a Python-based test automation utility
Conduct daily/weekly automation test runs on various SKUs, review the test results, and debug any bugs encountered
Work closely with embedded firmware team to drive progress in test and development
Work with OEMs/ODMs to drive additional utility development and assistance (such as in debugging issues)
Qualifications
Proficient in Python development
Proven experience in software development for hardware/Firmware testing
Windows server and Linux automation
Version control experience such as git
Ability to test, troubleshoot and debug embedded systems
Some REST API web experience, basic understanding of network stack (OSI, SSH, SFTP, DHCP etc)
Enthusiastic, attention to detail, results oriented, organized, motivated, self-driven
Ability to work independently but also collaboratively in a diverse team environment
Agile development process
A BS or MS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
