Job Description
Responsibilitie
Work with other members of the team to understand the existing pipeline and define an end-to-end testing strategy
Design and implement an automated testing framework that will ensure the reliability, precision, and performance of the genomics pipeline
Create, maintain, and document the test plans
Analyze issues, generate and report results, and track bugs
Work with the team to identify additional telemetry needed to help identify and resolve production issues
Collaborate with the team to mitigate and resolve bugs
Create custom, high-quality tools that help drive positive customer satisfaction
Qualifications
BS in computer science (or equivalent)
5+ years of experience creating test plans and frameworks for SOA and Cloud automation, including integration, performance, and stress testing
5+ years of experience using C#, .NET, and Python
Ability to thrive on small, dynamic teams
Passionate about delivering high-quality, performant, and reliable software
