1.Person should have an experience in Configuring and Supporting Solution Manager 7.2
2.Expertise in setting up and troubleshooting BPM.
3.Performance Optimization of Systems connected to Solman System.
Nice to have skills
1.Experienced in business process study and gap analysis, business process reengineering, process integration and mapping, designing, functional specification prototyping, testing, training, and cutover and change management activities.
2.Must have good working experience on other components of Solman system Admin and Monitoring, Remote Supportability, Solution Manager Work Centers.
