Overview:
Experience with SAP – Sales modules
Functional understanding of SAP Sales workflow
The resource could be an Analyst or someone doing reporting within SAP Sales.
The role will be focused on service management with SAP Sales systems in production
Focused on production support/bug resolution/full bug resolution lifecycle experience working with the business and technology
End-to-end project lifecycle experience, ease of working with project and support tools
